Have complete peace of mind knowing your baby is in a clean environment. By applying a sanitiser and removing all dirt and bugs from your carpet we will provide a thoroughly clean carpet which will also be protected with our carpet protection to ensure any accidents are easily dealt with.

- Apply a stain and soil protection this will allow you to remove those inevitable minor accidents yourself.
Your questions answered
Do we need to clear the room furniture before a visit?
All small furniture and anything of value will need to be cleared from the area that is to be cleaned. Any large furniture that will need to be moved will be moved by a technician that is carrying out the work.
Do we need to vacuum?
Absolutely not we will carry out every aspect of the carpet clean which includes a thorough vacuum of your carpet.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are fully insured..
I have children and pets in my home will any of the chemicals you use affect in anyway?
No. All chemicals that we use are non-toxic and safe for all, including pets and children.
What is the drying time?
All drying times are different but most carpets are touch dry within 1 hour depending on the fibres and the pile depth we would recommend allowing 2 to 3 hours drying time for the carpet to be totally dry.
Will I be charged extra for any tough stains?
Absolutely not. We will clean all stains to the best of our ability and there are not many that we can’t remove.
How can we pay?
Payment can be made as a direct bank transfer, cash or using Paym.
